With over 17 years of experience in the Life, Disability and Corporate owned insurance industry, David can help you, your business and loved ones in realizing what matter most and how to protect your most valuable assets.

He is a Senior Insurance Advisor and through his many years of studying and developing his niche, David prides himself on putting the client’s best interest forward and always doing what’s right by them thus providing David with many accolades and respect from his clients through out his career.

David is a big believer of traditions and family values, he is happily married to his wonderful wife Tina for 15 years and is the proud father to his son Massimo and daughter Gianna. The Durantes moved to St. Albert from Edmonton 6 Years ago and love its beauty and the togetherness of their community. David’s passion and interest are making homemade wine from grapes a tradition that he learned from his father at the age of 5. David is also a vinyl enthusiast and enjoys collecting records and vintage stereo equipment.

Jeremy is a senior benefits consultant with over 14 years of experience working with group benefits. He’s an Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) recognized by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.

Jeremy can help your business develop and manage all aspects of your employee benefits programs. Working with businesses of all sizes and in any industry, Jeremy offers an analytic and strategic approach to employee benefits. He’ll help you find a cost-effective and competitive benefits plan that will be valuable to your employees.

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife, Stacy, and their young daughter, Katelyn. He also enjoys traveling with his family, playing basketball and golf.

Norine is the Assistant to our team and has been for several years. She is responsible for all administrative matters for the team. 

Norine enjoys spending time with her grown children and their loveable golden lab Maui. She also enjoys attending concerts, going to the movies, and taking memorable holidays.

Joan has extensive experience in the financial industry. She worked for RBC and ATB, moving up to an assistant manager position, for a combined 20 years before getting her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in 1998. She worked independently for CMG Worldsource Financial and CIBC before coming to Optimize.

In her spare time, Joan enjoys ballroom and country dancing, line dancing, travel, snowmobiling, camping, reading, and gardening. She lives in St. Albert, has two adult children and six grandchildren.
